Welcome to Office Hours Studio. Our goal is to create a welcoming, inspiring space where creative professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners can do their best work together. By visiting, booking, or becoming a member of Office Hours Studio, you agree to the following policies.

Community Expectations

Office Hours Studio is built on respect, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

Members and guests agree to:

  • Treat fellow members, staff, and visitors with kindness and professionalism.

  • Respect shared workspaces and common areas.

  • Clean up after themselves, including dishes, food, and personal belongings.

  • Keep phone calls limited and in designated areas whenever possible.

  • Use headphones for music, videos, and meetings.

  • Leave shared furniture and equipment in the condition you found it.

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others working in the space.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior of any kind may result in immediate removal from the space and termination of membership without refund.

Membership & Reservations

Memberships are non-transferable.

Reservations for workspaces, meeting rooms, or events may be subject to availability.

Office Hours Studio reserves the right to modify operating hours, amenities, programming, or membership offerings as needed.

Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the membership terms at the time of purchase.

Guests

Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests they invite into the space.

Guests must comply with all Office Hours Studio policies while on the premises.

Personal Property

Members are responsible for their own belongings.

Office Hours Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including laptops, cameras, equipment, merchandise, or other valuables.

Items left behind may be discarded or donated after a reasonable holding period.

Internet & Technology

Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience.

While we strive to provide reliable internet service, Office Hours Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and is not liable for interruptions, outages, or data loss.

Members are responsible for maintaining appropriate cybersecurity practices on their own devices.

Food & Beverage

Members are welcome to enjoy food and beverages within designated areas.

Please dispose of trash, recycle appropriately, and leave shared kitchen spaces clean for the next member.

Photography & Events

Office Hours Studio may occasionally photograph or film events and community gatherings for marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a staff member before the event begins.

Members may not photograph or record other members without their permission.

Safety

Members agree to follow all posted safety instructions and emergency procedures.

Illegal activity, smoking indoors, intoxication, or behavior that creates an unsafe environment is prohibited.

Office Hours Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior compromises the safety or experience of others.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By entering or using Office Hours Studio, you acknowledge that participation in co-working activities, events, workshops, networking gatherings, and use of the facilities involves inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the space.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Office Hours Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness

  • Property damage

  • Theft or loss of personal belongings

  • Accidents occurring on the premises

  • Participation in events or programming

except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

Office Hours Studio's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the space shall not exceed the amount you paid to Office Hours Studio during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Office Hours Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the space or violation of these policies.

Changes to Policies

Office Hours Studio may update these policies from time to time. Continued use of the space after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
